Two Sides to Every Story

I am a teenager, not yet an adult.

I am anti-social, yet I crave interaction.

I am insecure, yet confident.

I am not perfect, but I try to be.

I’m in love with love, but I love to hate.

I am depressed, yet happy.

I am generous, yet selfish.

I am strong, yet weak.

I am surrounded, yet I feel so alone.

I am hurt.

I am broken.

But most of all,

I. am. me.

And that will NEVER change.
