TWO SKIES APART
Promised never to depart,
But fate tricked me this time.
You left, seeking asylum
in a realm far from my reach.
Mournfully you're not here to
Echo my name. A wound that will remain with me.
Am here all alone, the earth so
vast. If am to make one last wish,
I will plead for your return with your
witty talks, and love.
Ever since you left, the world
depreciates before me.
The fun to be with, and joy to
meet the moon failed with you.
Am so lonely even to heart
Till there's no force to tear us apart.
Till we overcome that thief called
Death.
Till then, we're two skies apart.
In memory of my grandfather who died 7 years
