Type 2 Diabetes

When you live your life With lows and highs Sometimes it's a struggle Just to get by You started on pills But they made you ill And your sugars were still All over the place Your doctor wants to talk to you About the possibility of adding shots- That turns your stomach into knots You think you failed but that's not true The pills just weren't enough for you. You did nothing wrong so Try to be strong. This happens to many, Way, way, too many We need a cure, That's for sure With all the research It's bound to come. Until then we keep pushing on We need to learn to control this disease I know sometimes people freeze When they try to inject the very first time But when you continue to do it the fear will cease Right now I know you need a release For all of those worries you have in your head, I hope this has helped you to put some to bed.
