Ugh

It’s almost that time

That dreaded time

To go back to school

Time for me to contemplate my whole life

Time for me to consider if it’s all worth it

Time for me to wonder if I need an education

Do I really need school?

I’m a senior

Haven’t I suffered enough?

I’ve already wasted my life

Breaking my back

To get to this point in life

I’ve reached the pinnacle status

Should I really care?

I’m a senior

Haven’t I spent too many restless nights?

Haven’t I spent too many all-nighters?

Of course I haven’t

Because I still have so many more ahead of me

But I’m a senior

I should be enjoying senioritis

Not cramming in the library for a calculus test

Haven’t I suffered enough?

Of course not.

Ugh.
