the ugly duckling

Once there was a group of ducks, all living around a lake

It was spring and all the eggs the mothers had been taking care of had begun hatching
All the parents were in awe of their stunning children and their neighbors young
Lou was different, he had just hatched and he looked much less attractive according to the other parents.
Lou was all gray and not at all golden like the other kids his age.
Because of this he was isolated

Lou spent his days alone on the lake
No others would bare to be seen with him
Things remained this way till they were teens.
Their baby feathers had all fallen away but the feelings of isolation hadn’t.

During flight school Lou found he could fly with less effort than his classmates and was growing larger and his wings were much larger than his parents.
He was turning into someone to be impressed by and the others were getting closer to him

Years passed and the flock seemed to love him again. But then Lou found out the truth on why they all disliked him…
They were Geminis
Lou was surrounded by two beaked fiends
He was tricked by his “family” and neighbors and decided to fly away. To look for others of his kind, Leos.
