We are natural healers of the world

Henrietta Lacks is proof of some of our magic

Yet our witchcraft is kept under a dark veil to never accurately be revealed

Forced to bow down apologetically since the beginning of time

But how could the light, taste, and sound of the world ever be kept down

Our fight is ongoing, infinite, we are limitless

Kept under pressured boundaries for centuries when we have no limit

When will we praise Ella Baker for her everlasting work in this world

Through every trial and tribulation we emerge with our magic

Soulful human beings placed on this planet as a blessing, truth be revealed

Overcoming any obstacle at every moment in time

Despite that we have been pushed and pushed and pushed back down

The beginning of picking our heads up and raising them high instead of down

“Queen Mother” Septima Poinsette Clark helping to break educational limits

The creation of Citizenship Schools to help educate our old sisters and brothers of the world

Magic at it’s finest, It is black magic

The only truth of this world, is white-washed and unrevealed

When will the time come, when will it be truth’s time

My fist is filled with pride and will remain that way until the end of my time

Fannie Lou Hamer is the definition of indestructible, never to be broken down

Beaten, threatened, shot at, assaulted and more just for trying to vote, where was the limit

Event’s of the past but has remained present under different pretences in our current world

Times like this are when we begin to exercise our magic

We are no longer apologetic but that has already been revealed

Reigns from the beginning will surely help to reveal

Hatshepsut crowned head of dynasties, developing trade routes and projects during her time

Undeterred and motivated, refused to let herself down

An egyptian queen who was not allowed any boundaries because she determined her own limits

Bringing that same energy into the present world

Her magic, runs in our veins, it is black magic

The beauty that resides within, the power and strength is magic

Maxine Waters U.S Representative, unable to be cast down

Helping to reclaim our truth’s time

The invincible, relentless power that we possess, uncovers the dark veils as she reveals

Unable to have limits

In this beautiful, unapologetic world

Our magic has no limit

The world’s truth will always be revealed

Not this time, not ever again, will we be held down.
