The Un-balance of Life

Explain to me how life seems to be, Because for some reason I just don’t seem to understand. Explain to me how in this world, Your appearance is your most important aspect. Judging me for what they see. They don’t know my story. Explain to me why this world is full of double standards. Where a young woman like me Is looked down upon for being an intellectual. So explain to me how this life works Because I don’t understand Why being ME is so wrong. But my dream is to dream And never stop dreaming I won’t let this world stop me.
