People say
“Work harder!”
“Do your best!”
“Stop being so lazy!”
“Just do your work right!”
Why does it take me so long to get this done?
what is wrong with me sir?
“You have dyslexia.”
This can’t be true!
Denial,
Why can't I just be like the rest?
Why is life so hard?
She tells her teacher.
“I have dyslexia!”
We know.
You are not alone.
What do you mean?
As her tears begin to fall.
”I have it too.”
She cries while feeling confused.
This will not stop you from being great Alenny.
