Unchanged Love
As I watch how many months are floating away with the years
I can't stop thinking about the way I feel for you
As I watch how the weeks fly by
I can't stop thinking about how much I care for you
As I watch how many days I wait
I can't stop the ongoing passion
As I watch how many hours pass me
I can't live without seeing your face
As I watch how the minutes go by on the clock
I am waiting to tell you that I think I am falling in love with you
You reach out to me but only as a friend
You don't see me as your girl
Your heart is in another place
And I can't be anything more
No matter how far I travel
No matter how far I go
I will never be able to tell you about why I might explode
I fear that if I tell
If I tell what my heart really feels
Things will never be the same
And they will never be sincere
I am waiting for the right moment in time
To tell you what's on my mind,
But I don't think that will be soon
For I don't want to loose what I have
Keeping it inside hurts me so,
But I think its best that no one knows.
As I watch how the minutes go by on the clock
I can't be with out you
As I watch how many hours pass me
I can't sleep without dreaming of your face
As I watch how many days I wait
I can't stop the pain
As I watch how the weeks fly by
I can't stop missing your touch
As I watch how many months are floating away with the years
Nothing has changed; nothing is new, except I am fading so far from you.
