Unconquerable
The weakest flame,
can fuel the brightest light.
What pushes the day,
now hollows the night.
Consequences of brilliance,
casting the darkest of shadows.
Previous plateaus,
providing subsequent shallows.
What is concealed beneath,
in their dusty recesses,
was ignorant in the face,
of tomorrow's message.
Memories now pitch as the future,
gleam their teeth.
For its not the man who whispers,
but his tears that speak.
