Under One Sun

Under One Sun Myriads of fingers arise in unison Visages mirror their gleaming hope Lifted hands are granted the horizon Pain is patiently elevated from a wide pallet of struggling arms Morbid backstories are now purified Thrusted open are their pupils Staring at the core of light Deities are shouldered next to Humans Anglos next to Africans Chins are cocked up in pride Sheltered under one sky Golden notes begin to lift, yet their ankles stay still Ancestors, in their grave, lightly crack smiles Mothers are next to sons wailing scales in harmony A Universal choir that seeks no mistro Raises its ambitions seeping from its souls Fathers are next to daughters sacrificing every inch of their voice in joy Diverging lines of color now become blind The melanin of the everlasting many are now intertwined Purification of the people without one soul sleeping No more Australoid,Capoid,Caucasoid,Mongoloid or Negroid Every one is every one Pigment is now void Notions of color ontop of the dermis, has now been destroyed As a Grandmothers hymns soothe the pain, to erase the melanin of the last black boy
