Under The Stars

I remember those late nights under the stars, i picked you up in my tiny car, we drove all around this small desert town, till the break of dawn just to watch that star we rely on, we could go to mars, i promise you silver stars, ill even buy you candy bars, ill take you there , ill take you anywhere you want to go, you want to see, ill let you be, what have you done to me, you were supposed to set me free, but im left recklessly angry, you split me in half just like a calf, murder in the first degree, as we basked in starlit beauty, your the only star i see so heavenly, that when you left you took my heart, leaving me feeling navy blue.
