Under the Surface

Just when the sun seems to have burnt out,

it's only resting, behind the clouds.

The puddle of rain that ruined a brand new pair of shoes,

started a brand new trend.

Remember that guy that bumped into you and spilled a blue drink all over that white shirt you have?

It inspired an artist that passed you today and little does he know, it will be his very first masterpiece.

Can't figure out why the alarm clock go off this morning?

Possibly because it was waiting for something better.

Like a jawbreaker, the world has many different layers;

the more you pay attention to, the more you know.
