Under Water Traps

Sea goddess, you trudge along waters

with the veins of sea grass ingulfing your feet

your large, sad eyes

tell a story of being left behind

If only you knew the implications of your troubling feat

but now you are chained to the murky seas perminantely.

If only you knew

he rather it be him than you.

You will never see your home again

but you will stay in the minds and hearts

of your closes blood and friends.
