Undercover, dry and warm

Thank you for the sun that gives us warmth

Thank you for the air that gives us breath

Thank you for the family that worries for us

Thank you for the friends that smile at us

Thank you for the people that greet us

Thank you for not giving up on me

Thank you for not letting go of my hand

But, most of all thank you for holding on

when I kept pushing away,

Thank you for being the sole source of light,

when all I could see and feel was darkness.

Thank you and I'm sorry.
