The Underdogs

To the students we are "freaks"

To the staff we are "special"

To the administration we are "wasting time"

To our parents we are "going through a phase".

But to the script we are life

We are brand new

We are Romeo and Juliet

And any other character imaginable.

And to the children we are heroes

We are entertainment

We are real

We are loved.

To the stage we are a miracle

We are quenching its thirst

We are the light

We are the purpose.

To each other we are family

We are talented

We are undiscovered

We are the underdogs.
