Underlying/The voices
The doctors say its fine
They say its all good
My life is on fire
"They just say what they should!"
It's clear the worlds changing
It looks like its getting better
But the voice screams "Time for hanging"
The world screams "To the letter!"
When the day starts
Im flying
When it end's I am dying
I just want to know the cause that's underlying
I want to be smart
I want to get better
But all I ever hear is the voice scream
"Look in you're heart. You know that you'll never!"
The mania is powerful
The voice screams, "We're god!"
The mood drops so quickly.
Reality knows I'm not.
I've earned nothing
My inheritance is curse
My anxiety is plotting
I live off an empty purse.
The pain is so great
That i feel like im dying
Remorsful at my plate
Powers that be!
Show me what's underlying
