Understand why it happened

Ever since I understood that everything happened for a reason, I started living my life less stressed.

Even when what happened isn't something you wanted to happen, accept it as it ALREADY happened.

When I'm excited for a date, and for some reason they cancel at the last minute, I get upset at first, as most people would.

But after you talk to another person about your experience, and they understand you perfectly, and end up being your next amazing date, you realize that everything happened for a reason.

Don't live life mad because of the past, just understand that it is uncontrollable and it will affect your future somehow where you cannot control it as well. But that is life, and life can be good.
