Understanding

Dear Amanda,

I know you

But do I really?

Understanding, it's a fleeting thing

One moment I do,

Next moment I don't.

Sometimes, people are regarded by you with such disdain,

for it seems no reason at all.

Sometimes, you argue about the rain,

when it seems so obvious.

Despite these things,

You are still a sister to me.
