underwater

and watch the world pass by

blurry and fast like

nothing can touch me and nothing can hurt

see how it ripples

distorting the dimples

i saw in the world and the words that i heard

hear them blurry and distant

i don't think i'll miss them

i wonder if someone out there will miss me

i'll look up in wonder

the light shining under

shimmering bubbles i'm still setting free
