Underwater View

From under the water

You can sometimes see the surface

Growing closer, closer, closer

Then into air you break

Inhalation brings your lungs

Releif for long awaited intake

Because what once seemed so distant

Is finally within reach

And a thin barrier between the sun

You once again do breech.
