Unearned Payment
There's flames within my soul
some days it's burning passion some days the flames are cold
like I wanna let it go
but without passion
we're nothing but a lifeless ghoul
with expired goals
texting all these people
crack a joke they're all like "lol"
everything is so simplified
looking into friends eyes
they live simple lives
every single one of them is jaded
but all this internet on their minds
has filled them all with hatred
or useless entertainment
min the matter of time of one "damn Daniel"
someone probably couldn't pay a rent payment
or a grown man is so lazy that he's in his mothers basement
look down at your iPhone 6
who gave you this
it definitely wasn't you working day and night shits
barely have enough to live
but you want a happy kid
because maybe if you buy them that'll gain appreciation
you're the "cool" mom
is that why they just lit a bong
and right in front of you
"kids will do what kids will do"
never under your roof
"mom to tell the truth
my girlfriends pregnant
and did I mention
it happened in your bedroom"
see my momma raised me right
momma held me made me go to sleep at night
yours gave you a million dollars told you "have a nice life"
