The Unedited Me

A mix-up, mash-up mosaic,

a little lass full of love and longing.

I am not behind a wall of trick-photography.

What you see is the unedited me.

A glitter-loving, gentle gal,

a person who is playful, persuasive, and perceptive.

I am not flawless, however.

What you see is the unedited me.

Also a forgetful, foolish female,

a larger, lonesome lady.

I am not scared to admit my faults.

What you see is the unedited me.

Trying to be tasteful and tidy,

I sometimes win and sometimes fail.

This is how my life works.

What you see is the unedited me.
