So I sit and I wait And seeing you here reminds me That it is way too late For any "us" to be true It's unfortunate for Though I try and I lie And tell myself that I don’t ever try To see you in the way I still see you It's not true Because I still feel that I need you The way that I knew you When you were so true To what you and I knew Now we’re through
