The Unforgotten 26

Twenty six innocent victims were taken that day-

Many of them children,

Whose lives were cut

Woefully short,

And yet, who, despite their youth,

Remain in our hearts always

As shining stars in Heaven.

And as for the adults-

The teachers, the brave heroes,

Their legacy lives on

In the inspiration of their students

Forevermore.
