Unheard

I have a lot to say

I forgive you for what you did.

I get it.

I know you felt pressured.

I know you were angry and shameful and tired of feeling this way.

I get it.

I know you felt anxiety and depression.

I know everybody ridiculed and teased and mocked you.

I get it.

All of the emotions going through your body.

I know you walked everywhere with you head down fearing what would happen.

I get it.

I know you didn’t hear my cry and you couldn’t hold my hand.

I wanted so badly to comfort you when you were hurting.

I get it.I know you didn’t mean anything against me.

I know you never meant to hurt me or cause me pain.

I get it.

I know you feel regret and I know you miss me.

Let me be the only one, this is my plea.
