Unihemispheric Sleep

This poem is a shout out to all the students out there who are sacrificing their sleep and sanity to do well in school. Remember that while it is important to keep grades up and prepare ourselves for the future, we cannot bargain that with our health. The body and soul comes first. Take care of yourselves. ♥ Sophia Unihemispheric Sleep; Like a moth Like a bat Like the moon and all the trees. Like the grass Like the worm Like the frog that never sleeps. Like ink Like paper Like hands that trace the ring. Like the squirrel Like the owl Like the breath to breathe. Like a dolphin Like a duck Like unihemispheric sleep.

Such a cool video! This concept of sacrificing health for grades is a very important matter that more people need to be made aware of, just like your poem says!
