An Unintentionally Covert Warrior
Do not ever think that I am peaceful,
Many believe me a benign abbess,
Because I don’t know how to be violent.
Don’tneglect those flung into the blender,
Those I’ve savaged who dared call me powerless.
Do not ever think that I am peaceful.
For me there’s no real combat to render
my soft hands bruised via a dull cutlass.
Because I don’t know how to be violent.
You look to see rays shoot through my tender
Smile and miss my shattered, stormy mess.
Do not ever think that I am peaceful.
Shards of colored glass shaped in splendor
Pierce deep as I battle without regress.
Do not ever think that I am peaceful
Because I don’t know how to be violent.
