Unique

You say I am unique different in my own way that every action I take was a command of my own say. You say I can do, I can be, I can strive for anything That as long as I believe, There’s nothing life won’t bring. But you were wrong. how am I different how am I unique after, all the pressures I am thrown under to be smart, beautiful-to be the greatest of all How can I do, how can I really be an astronaut, a chemist, a doctor, a teacher when you refuse to listen to me. I am my own person, I’ll do what I want to do and so when you tell me I am unique, I hope it’s only true.
