Universal Codes

I want what I can't have
But who says I can't have?
Who determines these rules?
Who determines these fools?

I love when I shouldn't care
But when am I supposed to care?
Why are there restrictions?
Why set terms and conditions?

I move when I should be still
I talk when I should hold my tongue
I laugh when my heart should ache
I give when I should walk away

There is no right, there is no wrong
No requirements needed to belong

I don't believe in your universal codes
I'll love when I feel and do when I know
