I will not fix this solution with a resolution at least not anytime soon.
My heart is not open for sale and no one can pay enough to make this bail
I have been foreclosed on more times than I can count
Strike one, strike two, strike three…. You’re out
I have no more love my score is flout
I cannot tell you how much my love has been sold out
I have given it for free like it didn't come with a price
But I realized that a price had already been paid
God gave his love… the lamb that was slain
His one and only son to die for me
Man I can never praise thee
Not enough, could never give enough stuff, could never afford the price
I can never show him how much
I try but I fail to no prevail……and again I am stuck
This is the story of my lie with no suffice
This is the story of my life with so much strife
This is the story of my life not giving a care
Thinking that if I hide what is inside it will not be there
I feel like I have to force people to care about me
Why should I have to do that?
Why is that always a fact?
Why do I feel so alone?
Why does my heart break, ache, and moan?
I could not piece together back my heart
I feel like a woman who is blind and in the dark
I keep reaching for the light
Praying and believing that I might find it through the night
I think of the woman who just believed if she touched his cloak she would be set free
She did not need anyone else because her faith knew much
I want to be the woman that knew all she needed was a touch
I want to be clean, cleared, and bestowed upon
I am not yet the lamb just the fawn
Remember, remember he paid the price
I keep having to remind myself because sometimes my life
Does not seem worth living, it does not seem like much
I cannot hold back these tears it is just too much
My soul is trying to find a way to connect to my heart
But my heart is not open for sale no one can pay enough to make this bail
