The Unknown Hour

He will not give us warning

None but Him will know.

The day He comes to take us home;

I pray we all can go

If a master left his home

giving his servants each a task,

they would not know the hour to start

but each could be their last

until your time was almost out

and you did not have a clue

-soon to come the clocks undone

and times ran out on you.
