Have you heard? Have you heard?
The stupid rumors that flies through the school,
That transmit like Sexually Transmitted Diseases which everybody has,
Since keeping your mouth closed is like remaining abstinent;
DOESN’T HAPPEN!!
Have you heard? Have you heard?
What she did, and what he did and where they did it at?
Herpes lingers on the lips of over sexualized teens.
How dirty she is, she’s a shone, She’s disgusting...
Hmm, how come only girls are labeled that?!
Have you heard? Have you heard?
That rumors captured them and won’t let them live their life.
That they live in the shadows of what people portray,
Trapped in a box of stereotypes out of their control.
With no control over their depression,
Slowly weakening with no attention.
Have you heard? Have you heard?
That they live no more and their smiling faces are now gone,
They couldn’t take it, living under commands not meant for them.
But the rumors still roam the halls, looking for its next victim.
So as the STD rates goes down, the next victim is found,
Rumors pounce and the cycle starts all over again.
