The Unlikely Pair

The boy with the tough shell

The girl with the quiet soul

an unlikely pair

unforeseen in all ways

a story in secret

a story untold

She sees what no one else sees

his heart is soft for her

She sees the love in his eyes

The way he looks at her

He sacrifices himself

to heal her when she brakes

He knows the risks

He's been hurt before

but she is different to him

he pours his soul out to her

She sacrifices herself

to heal him when he brakes

The unlikely pair

a silent world

with whispered promises

in silent oaths

between beautiful kisses

the most unlikely pair
