Unmasked

What is confidence,

Because I surely don't know,

It is something that doesn't exsit in my head,

The negative thoughts just don't wanna let go,

So I sit there,

And I ponder,

Why do I have to look like this?

How much longer will these thoughts wander?

I am ugly,

I am horrible,

I am irrelaevent,

No one could ever want someone this terrible.

I don't look like her,

I could never be as beautiful,

And when I turn around to look at myself,

The only word that comes to mind is pitiful

I’m tired of the diets,

And all the workout plans,

When I know that in reality,

I’ll never be a fan,

On the outside I am confident,

I am pleased with how I appear,

But on the inside I hurt,

Alnd all those illusions disappear,

.People tell me to be happy with myself,

But I don't know how,

So I put my happy face on,

No one will know now.
