Unnamed

People see what they want to see,

When they stare at me, they don't see me.

People listen to what they want to hear,

It can be true or false but they don't care.

People believe what they want to believe,

It doesn't matter what you do or what happens.

People are stubborn and do as they please.

They will spread rumors and tease.

People can be mean or they can be nice.

But that doesn't matter, the feeble minded always pay the price.

In the end their insults and threats won’t defeat you,

It’s your outlook on life and the things around you that will be the death of you.
