Unpaid bills

Unpaid rent
Please don't worry
Things can fall
In such a hurry

College degrees
Or long days of labor
Things don't always
Fall in our favor

Can't escape
A poverty given life
Troubles so thick
We can cut them with a knife

Lose it all
But don't lose yourself
Life has more to it
Than the simplicities of wealth
