Unrequiting

He stroked my flame

In strife and anger

Staring straight stupidly upon me

He stood but a stone is frozen solid in my path

Blocked by shouting barricades and blaring

Blocked by this baring burley man

I stared straight down at his soul

As we stood awkwardly strait while staring

I would not back down first

For he would know the ways of a wicked wick

For my candles wax cascaded down my cool face

Enable Ginger

As I stared right back
