The Unsaid

I do not have an opinion

Because that would be

Picking sides

And once I have picked a side

People can hold that

Against me

I am not a liar

Because that is how you

Lose trust

Or

Gain trust

That are both fake

And I cannot be viewed as

False

I am not honest

Because then my thoughts

Would be exposed

And exposure

Would lead to

Harm

I do not encourage others

Because I cannot

Have people believe

That I am

Strong

I do not judge others

Because I cannot

Have people believe

That I am

Perfect

I will always forgive

Even if they are not sorry

Only because

I do not want attachment

To anyone

I will always forget

Even if it was painful

Only because

I fear holding onto something

I will not speak

With rage

Because I do not want

The passion to show

In my eyes

I will not speak

With love

Because I do not want

The passion to show

In my eyes

I will never

Scream

Because I do not

Want people to think

I want to be

Alone

I will never

Hold a hand

Because I do not

Want people to think

I need

Somebody

I wonder if there is a girl out there

Just like me

Forcing herself

To remain neutral

When she has so much to say
