The Unseen
The flowers' florescent shades,
the shadows dancing as the trees sway,
the breeze making a ghost of the wind,
the way the leaves upon the grass lay.
Your hand floats through the air to meet mine,
the aroma of closure your skin bares,
I listen for the rhythm your heart beats to,
and hope for the answers to my prayers.
My thoughts lost, in the cool breeze,
you carry the weight of the world crashing on me,
to make everything seem alright with my life,
happiness from you is the solved mystery.
