Unsolicited advice

You want some advice?

Even if you do not you are going to have it pushed down your throat by everyone saying things like

you just need some fresh air, a little exercise and a goodnights sleep.

Well, I have tried everything in small and large quantities,

and it does not work.

And it certainly does not work for a larger period of time.

Sure, for a minute or two I can distract my brain with something else,

only for it to barge in again.

Of course, without knocking because who needs to knock when it is their home.

Making it clear even a sliver of happiness does not belong were despair rules.

Yet people shove their unsolicited advice down your throat,

totally clueless to real problem as your feelings are only symptoms of what lies deep within in your soul.
