Until I got Depressed
I look up with fear in my eyes.
I can't breathe.
I can't talk
It's hard to see anything but the blurs that surround me.
The world around me is slowly fading away.
Going from vibrant colors to dull black and white in mere seconds.
I never knew what it felt like to drown,
Until I got depressed.
I see myself now.
I see my body slowly fading further and further away.
My eyes are filled with fear as I realize I'm drifting.
My throat is getting tighter.
I'm struggling to breathe as I fall further into the abyss.
I never knew what it felt like to drown,
Until I got depressed.
My whole body is sore now.
I'm struggling to hold on.
I can feel my body getting heavier with every struggled breath.
My eyes are filled with tears and blood.
I've decided to give up.
I realize now I'm drowning,
Because I got depressed.
