Untitled #1

It's 1:36 am And my mind is fixed On the memory Of how your body Latched itself onto mine And how your words Made their sweet way Into the thoughts That were once plagued With unforgotten sights. I never thought that you'd Be the one to say Let go And so I did And now I regret the things That I had forgotten to do How I had forgot to touch your body The way you touched mine How to touch your soul Like the way you touched mine
