Untitled

You scare me, in every way that is good; and maybe bad as well I may be terrified, but I will accept it regardless I feel a conglomeration of emotions, feelings, thoughts New territory, new rules, new aspects and perspectives Show me what you need and I will always try to be the one to give Afraid, I may be But for you I will always attempt to maintain strength I will always attempt to be the backbone you need Selfish, I may be But I will always have the want to keep you to myself To never let you go or let you go through the depths of hell alone Fear I feel But for you I will attempt to relinquish it in order to show you who I am How I feel and who I want to be towards you My heart’s been torn, and maybe I was the one who allowed the scissors to be the final dictator to its fate To you, I want to give you the sad pieces, But you shouldn’t have to be the one that glues them back together I want to give you all of me, But my mind is hesitant Do you blame me? The path that my heart wants to take, my mind agrees with But the need for the hesitation pauses what could be in my reality I need you, literally, figuratively, physically, mentally, emotionally, spiritually I slowly slip you pieces of me, my heart, and soul Hoping you will catch and keep each part without a second thought Two people in attempt to grasp what’s left of each other Step by step, hand in hand I will give you what I can; I only ask that you be patient as I encounter this level of trust This is forbidden territory One that I stated would never be accessed again But for you I want to Just bear with me
