Untitled

I stare at your glowing face in the light of the moon
I wonder where it is the person I loved has gone
What has happened to our love
I also look into the space where your heart,
the heart which beat so strong and true,
I see emptiness

SMASH

Hope returns as the sun slowly rises
I see his eyes piercing my sole
I turn
The hole in my chest screams good morning
As a small, yet apparent, smile crosses my face
His arms wrap around me and he squeezes me tightly
I feel the love that he holds for me and I'm in awe
Pulling back his eyes lock to mine
And as water running in a stream
His voice slowly drifts into my ears

"What happened to the mirror?"
