Untitled

My face is accepted but my heart is rejected. Frightened by the whispers in the wind, my soul cries out for my happiness to begin. I swallow my pride and join the ride, to the place where i call home, the place where i learn my song. The window turns and closes, my thorns turn to roses and when i listen for my heart, it beats til it breaks apart.
