Untitled

After high school, I lived with regret

Ignorance and insecurity, better yet

I couldn't get over that my efforts were lackluster

In order to change, I needed confidence to muster

I begin to understand that college can help you win

Take classes seriously and never fearing help is the way to fit in

In life, you can't just live and rely on luck

Some people think that to avoid all issues, just duck

I am the product of a person's belief

During a time of transition, having someone was a relief

I was able to achieve success in school and life with other's love

It allowed me to realize my abilities and fly like a dove

Everyone has potential, don't let anyone tell you different!
