Untitled

Everything isn't what it seems I know you enjoy watching me slowly bleed I always promised to look after you Sometime during my life that promise got lost I always promised to be there for you And somewhere along the way you were left alone All I can say is, “I'm Sorry.” When we both know sorry isn't enough To make up for the emptiness of what used to be us And you're saying anything just to calm me down But no words are coming out There's just echoes of silence screaming loud Knowing everything isn't what it seems I begin to doubt you being here with me Staring at the white walls Stained Feeling turmoil run through my veins Rocking back and forth Realizing I am no longer sane Grasping at the edges of reality Blurring in front of me Knowing my efforts are vain
