Untitled #6

Lately all you seem to want to do is hurt me
But I know enough is what I'll never be
I won't even try to beg you anymore
Because now I'm going to let you walk out that door

You tried to have it both ways
But that never works
You let yourself slip
And I got burned

No one can ever understand how much it hurts
All you say is let it go
And then you try to protect her

You and everyone always forgets about me
Never put me first and then abuse me
I've always carried the weight of my life on my shoulders
But now it feels like all the pain you caused me is killing me
