Untitled

My voice breaks

loudly

mind fills with silence

and I reach for stillness

Quietly

Remind myself what it feels like to be whole a pure and good

Like a forest to hide in

Lose language

Always, I lose language

this raw gaping mouth

These edges

When was the last time I spoke

Clearly

Put my mind in my mouth for giving

Always giving

My voice breaks

Stutters

This impediment- disembodied

My silence

My silence

wraps around my being-- tied too tight

"I am a revolutionary poet. I love"

But these words never leave me

Find solice in my silence

Even my hands are unintelligable

And have you ever known silence in chaos

This inaudible screaming

I am inaudible screaming

My mind

Screaming

And no one hears

sees

knows

my poetry

My empty

I keep too close to me

Under my skin

In my gut

Where light can't reach it.
